DIY Facial Peel

Ingredients
3 tbsp papaya
3 tbsp pineapple
1 tsp honey

Directions
Start with a clean dry face. Mix all ingredients together and massage mask onto your face and neck. Let sit for 10 minutes. Do this peel no more than twice a week.

DIY Body Scrub

Ingredients
1 cup coffee grounds
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup coconut oil

Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. After you've washed your body, massage the scrub on wet skin. Cover your body, and rinse with warm water. You can expect this to take about 7 to 10 minutes. Do this treatment in your bathroom so you can hop in the shower without making a mess in your house!

Hair Conditioning Treatment

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup honey

Directions
Mix ingredients together and slather on hair. Let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water followed by a blast of cool water to seal the cuticles.
