Carnie Wilson Unstapled & Host, The Newlywed Game

A multi-talented entertainer, Carnie Wilson – daughter of legendary Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson – has made a career out of singing, songwriting, acting and hosting a variety of TV shows. Wilson is perhaps best known as a member of the pop group Wilson Phillips, which has sold 10 million albums and released 3 number-one hit singles. In 1996, Wilson starred in her own nationally syndicated talk show entitled, Carnie. She has also spent time as a special on-air correspondent for Entertainment Tonight and recently as a panelist on The Insider.

In between her acting and hosting gigs, Wilson has continued to further her musical career. In 2006, she released her first solo album, Lolabies, named after her daughter Lola. Most recently, Carnie has reteamed with Wilson Phillips in honor of their 20th anniversary and is performing concert dates around the country.

Wilson is a spokesperson for www.liteandhope.com, a site dedicated to assisting those suffering from morbid obesity – and their loved ones – gain access to support groups, online chats and treatment options. Each year the site attracts more than 5 million visitors. Wilson has made regular appearances on Good Morning America and co-hosted The View twice to spread the word about the disease. She also appeared on an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show’s “Best Life Week” to promote the cause.

Wilson and her husband Rob Bonfiglio have two daughters, Lola and Luci.
