Leslie Heinberg, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and Director of Behavioral Services for the Bariatric and Metabolic Institute at Cleveland Clinic. She is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Heinberg, a Fellow of the Academy for Eating Disorders, has served as an investigator or consultant on a number of federally-funded projects focusing on lifestyle change for reducing or preventing obesity. Her clinical and research interests include obesity, bariatric surgery, eating disorders and disorders of body image.
