Merrill Panayi, wife and mother of 2 sons, has lost 200 pounds since May, 2007. During that journey, she has made it her mission to learn and share techniques on how to lose and maintain a healthy weight. Struggling with her weight issues for over 20 years, she was determined to kick the old habits that make weight loss so difficult. Merrill has been featured in national magazines as well as local newspapers. Her love of fitness encourages her efforts to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to teach anyone, no matter their size, that healthy eating and exercise, make weight loss possible! Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, spinning, kickboxing, weight-training and turning unhealthy recipes into a healthier ones.
