My life has changed so dramatically that I can’t even believe the person I use to be. I hear people saying all the time how losing weight changed their life and how they feel like a different person. Well, now I get it, because I am a different person than I was 90 days ago! I am doing things physically that I never thought I could do; I ran 2 races and will run my third in March. My goal is to run the Rock N’ Roll half marathon in Virginia Beach next Labor Day.
So I want your help in reaching my next goal, which is to lose 75 pounds by June 1. Let’s do it together!

I remember back to week 1; I was so motivated to get out and start moving. I didn’t do it by myself. I have a huge support system and I told them my goals and made sure they would hold me accountable. It was SO hard to get up everyday and get out there and push myself, but you have to start somewhere. Remember, fight your inner voices everyday and tell yourself, “Today is the day I making a change for me.” I have also realized on this journey that everyone -- all fitness levels, even supreme athletes -- struggle daily with getting up and getting moving.
