Daddy’s Girl, Maybe?

This week I’d like to talk about how very important it is for you to seek out a family member or friend; someone who no will be there to support you and not judge you matter what is happening in your life on your journey to the new you! For me, that person is my dad! Sometimes he makes me feel like I’m Daddy’s girl, and that is a very nice feeling. However, it’s his ongoing support, friendly advice, encouragement, and non-judgmental behavior that has always been a wonderful support in my life.

If you are trying to lose weight, get healthy, exercise or improve any area of your life, you need someone you can turn to in a weak or unhappy moment in your life. Having this kind of support can help you stay on track with your goals and even encourage you to strive harder to be the best you can be.

My dad has helped me on my journey every step of the way. He’s very proud of me for who I’ve become and continues to help me anytime I need it – day or night, he’s there for me. Having someone like this in your life is so helpful on so many levels. Sometimes just a simple conversation can give you that motivation to push on and move forward towards your goals. Having this kind of support can also help you focus, bring calmness to a tense situation, or maybe just talk you out of eating that chocolate éclair! Whatever it is, find that person and take full advantage of them, especially in those weak moments. You’ll be surprised at how wonderful it is to have that kind of support in your life. Whoever this person is in your life, they will be a huge motivation to achieve your goals!

As always, I am here for YOU! I continue to support you on your journey towards your weight loss and healthy eating goals. You can find me on Facebook: Jennifer Lynn Reopell Szall.

Thank you, Dad for always being there for me! Everyone deserves someone like you in their life and I hope you all find that person! You rock, Dad and I love you for that!
