Many people have told me that I bring a ray of sunshine wherever I go. I’ve learned that shining bright like the sun can come naturally if you put yourself first by eating right, exercising and meditating. Dr. Oz has taught me so much and I want to share 3 of the life-changing lessons he has taught me.

I live by these 3 things and by doing so I have become a stronger, healthier and better person than I've ever been. I believe we all have the power or magic within us to achieve what I have and more.
I feel peaceful as I sit here watching the sunrise this morning over the water at my new home in Florida. That is something that if you asked me 5 years ago, I would have never thought I could achieve. I feel so alive and so good. For that, I'm thankful.
All my healthy choices have set the inner me free. I want to spend as much time as I can helping others achieve what I have.
