The Kiss of Health!

Unlike the “kiss of death,” the “kiss of health” opens doors and windows of opportunity that otherwise would not have opened! When we are healthy, we work better because we have more energy to do so. If you’re dragging through your work day, try getting healthy; you’ll have that extra spring in your step, and happily dance your way through your day!

When we are stronger and have turned our bodies from flab to fab, we look in the mirror and we are happy with what we see. We fit in our clothes better, we are complemented by others, and we feel more alive! The best part for me is I can still beat my 18, 16 and 12 year old daughters in an arm wrestling match any day. My goal is to always be able to do that!

Being healthy allows us to be smarter and work harder on our goals and dreams. Things you never thought possible start to happen in your life! You have the ability to be an excellent example for others.

Four years ago I was fat and unhappy on the couch! I made a plan for myself to follow Dr. Oz’s advice, I started to eat right, exercise, and put myself first. Although everyday may not be perfect, the “kiss of health” has given me the ability to get through anything with a positive attitude, put action towards my dreams and watch them all come true. It has connected me to my soul. I have a happiness inside now that feels like sunshine on my shoulders on a warm summer day even in the dead of winter. The smile on my face is tough to wipe off because once you’ve been given the “kiss of health,” you too will be addicted to the lifestyle that I live!
