To my fans, friends and followers, this is my dream for you! As you know, getting to meet Dr. Oz and thank him in person for my success was a dream come true! Now I have a new dream and a new vision - it is my heart's desire to help as many of you as I can become a success story, just as I am!

I receive many emails, comments and messages on my facebook, and when I'm out in public, some of you recognize me from the show! Most of you want my advice and have questions about how I did it. You also fill me in on your story, and I try to give you advice to the best of my ability!

Below are just a few of my fans, friends and followers whom ask for my help and or ask for my advice. This is why and how my fans have touched my heart so deeply:

Meet Kandice, one of my best fans! She's always trying her best to make healthier eating choices. She's earning her black belt! She turns to me for positive reinforcement. I recently gave her my personal email at her request so that I can follow her success! I would love to meet her in person; I know that spending time together would only make her stronger than she is! Kandice, your positive attitude has come a long way. You rock!

Meet Mitch! He was a patient of Dr. Oz's. Dr. Oz put a stent in his heart in 2006, and told Mitch that he needed to lose weight and get healthy! Now it's 2010 and he has gained another 100 pounds. I'm part of his inspiration now to lose weight and get healthy. I wish I could take Mitch grocery shopping, clean out his fridge and give him a real start so that he could live a healthier life! I'm worried about Mitch, but I will support him to my best ability!

Meet Kristen, an RN with a very bad back. Her target weight is 140 pounds! Her back is so bad that light house work and walking can be very painful for her. To spend a day with her and show her the ropes would make me so happy because I know that as she loses weight, her back will feel better. I feel that I'm the one who can give her that push to get there! I wish I could spend a day with you, Kristen!

Meet Mary, she just wants to run with me so we can run this fall's Turkey Day Race together! Her message to me was very nice! Love you too!

Meet Carol! She's trying to eat right, not be hungry and rev up her metabolism! If I could spend a couple days with her, I guarantee that I could show her how to eat the way I do and not be hungry! Plus, I know many ways to rev up metabolism! I'm happy you are taking my advice, Carol!

I most recently meet Toni, an overweight diabetic. She's another fan of mine that I truly want to help lose weight!

Dr. Oz made me his #1 Ultimate Fan and Wellness Warrior, and people from all over ask me for my help and support! My heart and soul are in this now and I feel I owe it to my fans to give back some of what my wonderful teacher, Dr. Oz, has taught me!

To my old and new fans, you can find me on facebook. It is my honor to have you as a friend and I will give you as much advice as I can to my best ability!

When I think of meeting some of you in person and working with you side-by-side to help you become a healthier, it brings tears of joy to my eyes. You all mean so much to me, I've been in your shoes - and maybe that's why I feel such a connection with my fans! I know that when I started Dr. Oz's plan, I would have loved for someone to show me the ropes.

I wish I could be by all your sides to help you all on your journeys, but know that I am here for you in cyberspace, and I will continue to support you and give you my advice to my best ability! You all have inspired me to give all I can in helping YOU become that success story!
