Now that I have your attention, let me tell you just what these 3 so-called “evil” items can do for you to make your life heavenly!
Sex: We need to stay satisfied in all areas of our lives, so we don’t fill the void with something else, like to much unhealthy food. Healthy foods like asparagus & artichoke hearts can improve your sex drive and increase desire!
Alcohol: By raising your HDL, you increase your healthy cholesterol and make way to get rid of the bad! Drinking 1 and only 1 drink per day is OK! After dinner is the best time.
Dessert: This is a tricky subject. We could have a nice piece of fruit or maybe a low-fat cheese stick as our dessert. However, if it’s someone’s birthday or a special occasion, go ahead and have a small piece or just a bite of whatever it is you want. Afterwards, like I always say, just get right back on track with your next meal or snack. Do not deprive yourself of anything, and in doing that you’ll be successful!
Have a healthy dinner with that special someone then dessert, maybe 1 chocolate chip cookie or a piece of fruit, or maybe even a wedge of cheese. Add an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink of your choice, and we all know what comes next – sex! Enjoy!
