This week, I’d like to talk about adding some kind of group fitness class to your schedule. Group fitness was a huge part of my personal success, but it took me courage to step out of my box into something I had never tried before. I grew to love these classes, taking them 6-7 days a week and eventually ended up teaching one of them, which I now do on a regular basis.

It’s a great way to stay motivated, plus you meet so many new people it’s exciting! These classes can provide cardio along with strength training. Combining these 2 elements works like magic – you will see results!

If you can’t join a group fitness class, enlist a friend and commit to a daily time that you’ll work out together. Having other people involved helped to keep me motivated!

My other cool tip this week is to buy grapefruit oil, let the aroma fill your house and your vehicle. It decreases your appetite, and trust me it works! I still use it in my house and my car!

Looking forward to next week, stay committed and remember if you make a mistake get right back on track with that next meal, snack or workout. Don’t play the “Oh, I’ll get back to it on Monday game!”
