Don't Wait for the Ball to Drop to Put That Apple in Your Mouth!

Steve and I will have our last 2009 pep talk on Christmas Eve. I am choosing this date because many of us choose to "blow it out" at the end of December with the promise that 2010 will start a new healthy year. Might as well get in your last licks of sugar and fat, right? Wrong! If your goal is to turn over a new leaf, start TODAY and don't wait for the New Year. Your body can start healing immediately so get your momentum up, get motivated and get going on your 2010 resolution NOW!
