Now many of you may not know (Mehmet, aka Young Dr. Oz has mentioned this on his show and it’s in the acknowledgements section of the YOU books) that I am an avid CAVz fan. (Cleveland Cavalier’s basketball team is called the CAVz) This is probably due to my height.
I have not done an Enforcer blog since December as I have been concentrating on my Enforcer duties, my medical practice, book and column writing, and the CAVs. But now that the CAVs season (and my compulsion to watch every TV show or practice from 2 hrs before game time till 2 hrs after) is done, I am back at it. But maybe I need coaching myself – here is an email exchange from a friend who knows of my CAVz compulsion:
Hi Nancy and Mike,
I'm so sorry your beloved Cavs fell to the Celtics. Hope you're recovering from the shock.
We love you.
R and B
R and B,
Nancy is very down...and down for the city. Me, I've recovered, got my crutches out and limped out of the car, took my double dose of antidepressant, painted a sun on the window, and have only had 10 cups of coffee so far today (only kidding about the crutches). Love ya and thanks,
I have been amazed at how many of these condolence emails I have received – more than 30 so far. It really does make the day better to talk with friends. So call or email a friend today (condolence cards can be received at email@example.com and you can hear my radio show condolence party this week. It is every week, but this week will be special, Saturday, 5 to 7 pm at www.healthradio.net.
I’ll blog more Monday or Tuesday after Mehmet and my webinar.
