My weight is now down 5 pounds following the Just 10 Challenge. Like Dr. Oz, I am too busy now to even eat.
Breakfast: 1/2 salmon burger, coffee
Flossed and then meditated.
Snack: apple (seems like I’m eating a lot of apples, but it is great fresh apple time), coffee
Lunch: coffee, healthy Waldorf salad
Snack: apple and walnuts, coffee
Dinner: coffee, tomatoes on toasted bread, 2 glasses of red wine, spinach salad, chicken, asparagus at a dinner meeting with the CEO and Chief of Staff.
Snack: the kitchen was closed save for celery and water
Comment on day: Coffee and lots of meetings on budgets and programs as we are trying to save key programs while dealing with an economic environment that has left more people unable to pay for some of medical care.
