Well, 4 pounds down on the scale this morning (back on the Just 10 Challenge as well), and slept thru the night again. One side effect: by not waking up to pee at night, you wake up stiffer after 6.5 hrs of sleep than when get up every 2 to 3 hours. Makes a warm-up before getting out of bed more needed. I actually think I am feeling better without soda ... I used to (prior to downgrading my soda habit from 24 cans a day to about 3) go off all caffeine for a week every 2 months and I felt better, but now think I am going to feel that good by just dropping the diet soda. As a scientist, I doubt those 72 ounces or so of soda could have made me feel that bad (especially when it tasted so good), but maybe?
