Week 3: Stimulations

Week 3 | Jessica: Since starting the PC exercises, I have noticed increased strength. I started on level 3 and am now working on level 5. So, I can say for sure to all you women doing PC muscle exercises, with resistance of course, that they will in fact strengthen your vaginal muscles. I am proof. I am just so excited to see how strong I can be! My husband even asked me during sex if I was trying to show off my newly built muscles. Apparently, he even notices. (As for the answer, yes, I was!) I do feel that I am closer to having an orgasm, even though I haven’t yet. I did however have a clitoral orgasm with self-stimulation. This time having an orgasm came a lot easier and seemed way more intense. I am so happy with the progress I have made. It just makes me feel so much happier with myself. It is unbelievable. I am still also following the diet, which is so easy to do. I am definitely planning to continue with this diet for life! I can’t wait to see what next week brings!

Week 3 | Nikki: I have been following the Orgasmic Diet for 3 weeks now, and I finally got in to discuss it with my physician. Oh, was I excited!  I had my 5 vitamin bottles, dark chocolate, book and notepad. When I first started talking about the book, my physician started to write down the information for his wife! Shortly thereafter, all smiles turned to frowns. He asked for scientific proof, and informed me that he isn’t a fan of herbal remedies. He suggested that I have my hormone levels tested and see a gynecologist. He assured me that the diet would not harm me…I just may start to sweat and exhale fish order. I wonder if that’s why the elliptical machines near me at the gym have been empty lately!


Despite the doctor’s orders, I decided it was time to put my libido to the test. Following the steps of the Orgasmic Diet, it was time for me to work on chapter 9…clitoral orgasms. This has never been a problem for me except for the fact that I have to set aside an hour and have an electrical outlet nearby! Needless to say, nothing has changed! I guess I need to give this diet more time. I will give it a few more weeks, or until my fish bottle is empty!
