Fit & Tasty Pizza
Restaurant quality pizza for less time and money!

Ingredients
Approximately 200-250 calories per serving

Makes 2 pizzas

1 small wrap (whole wheat tortilla or flat bread)

3 tbsp of pizza or marinara sauce

1 stick (or ¼ cup) mozzarella cheese

1 tsp fresh garlic

1 tsp dry oregano

5 slices of turkey pepperoni or meat and or vegetables of your choosing (optional)

Extra-virgin olive oil cooking spray (optional)

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the wrap with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet. Toast the wrap bread before creating your pizza. Toast until wrap is crisp but not brown.

Spread pizza sauce evenly on bread and top with fresh garlic. Add cheese, meat, vegetables and oregano. Spray top with cooking spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese in bubbling.

1 small wrap (whole wheat tortilla or flat bread)
1 stick (or ¼ cup) mozzarella cheese
3 egg whites
1/2 of an egg yolk
17 slices of turkey pepperoni
salt & pepper to taste (optional)

1 tsp oregano
Olive oil cooking spray (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray wrap with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet. Toast the wrap until crisp, but not brown. Scramble eggs. Heat pepperoni in pan used to prepare eggs.  Add cooked eggs, turkey pepperoni and cheese to the toasted wrap.  Wrap sandwich in foil and bake for 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
