Walnut and Dark Chocolate Trail Mix

Combine walnuts and small pieces of dark chocolate mixed together in snack bags. This is a great source of Omega-3s.


Brain-Boosting Smoothie (Teen Version)


1 banana

1/4 cup blueberries

Handful of almonds 

1/2 cup apple juice



Combine ingredients over ice.
