It's inevitable that other students at school will catch some virus or cold. Load up on antioxidants and vitamin C with these snacks to keep your immune system strong and healthy!


Whole Wheat Pita Pizza With Red Bell Peppers


Whole wheat pita

A few spoonfuls of tomato sauce

A sprinkle of low-fat mozzarella

Sliced red bell peppers



Assemble and toast pizza in oven for 5 minutes.


Healthy Macaroni Pie


1/2 package whole wheat macaroni
2 eggs
1/2 lb low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
4 cups 2% milk

2 tbsp mustard

1-2 cups chopped broccoli



Bake in greased pan at 375degF for 45 minutes.
