Step 1: Hydrate
Before you start eating for the day, begin by rehydrating your body after a full night’s rest. Drink lemon water to flush out toxins and relieve bloat. In addition to water, coffee or tea all count toward your daily hydration goals so continue sipping throughout the day. Staying well-hydrated will extend the amount of time you can fast and keep hunger pangs at bay since the body often confuses hunger with thirst as well.
