Maria Menounos' Coffee-Coconut-Almond Frosty

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • chopped almonds, for topping
  • 1 cup ice chips

Directions

1. Blend together the almond milk, cold coffee, banana, vanilla extract, coconut oil, coconut flakes, and ice chips. 

 

2. Top the frosty off with chopped almonds.
