The Regimen Pre/Probiotic Power Shake

Registered dietitian Rachael Devaux of Rachael's Good Eats shared her Regimen-friendly smoothie formula that mixes prebiotic fiber from an unripe banana with the probiotics in Greek yogurt. Get going every morning with this super simple recipe!
- 1/2 unripe banana
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
