Rocco DiSpirito's Carrot Curry Gravy

Cooking gravy on a stove can be time-consuming. Chef Rocco DiSpirito says it's faster to mix your gravy in a food processor. Without sacrificing the taste, you can have delicious (and healthier gravy) in seconds! 

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrot sticks
  • 1/2 tbsp curry
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Use on top of meat, potatoes, and even vegetables.
