- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup milk (your choice)
- 1/2 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup ice
