Daphne Oz's Golden Latte

Ginger and turmeric have anti-inflammatory properties that may boost your immune system. Give this superfood latte a try the next time you're feeling under the weather to put a little pep into your step.
- 1 tsp peeled and finely chopped fresh turmeric
- 1 tsp peeled and roughly chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 dates
- 1 cup coconut milk
- pinch of cayenne pepper
1. Combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a powerful blender.
2. Heat coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
3. Add hot milk into the blender to froth.
4. Pour and enjoy.
