Green Banana Protein Shake

Protein shakes are a great way to jumpstart your day and may help you lose weight. This green protein shake is loaded with nutritious leafy greens and healthy omega-3 fats from the avocado and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen or fresh bananas
  • 2 cups kale
  • ⅛ avocado
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
