Cucumber Watermelon Protein Shake
Quench your thirst and get moving anytime with this protein shake recipe.
Watermelon and cucumber are both around ninety percent water, so if you’re looking to stay hydrated throughout the day, these are great additions to any shake or smoothie. They’re also rich in vitamins and combined with the protein from the Greek yogurt, your energy levels will thank you in the morning.

- ½ cup cucumber
- ½ cup watermelon
- 4 oz non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp powdered skim milk
- 1 tbsp nut meal of your choice (almonds, cashews)
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
