Swapping your high-fat and high-calorie dressings with this lighter option is a great way to dress up your greens without drowning them in the bad stuff. Not only can you eat tons of vegetables on this 1-Day Cleanse, you can also add tons of flavor to those vegetables. Drizzle on the dressing and give your greens a toss before enjoying a dinner that is flavorful and filling. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/3 cup avocado, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar or honey
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Directions

Blend water, avocado, lemon juice, coconut nectar, garlic, sea salt and lemon zest until smooth.

 

This dressing is perfect drizzled on your Warm Vegetable Salad and paired with Tomato and Basil Vegan Soup
