Ingredients

  • 1 cup purple cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup radishes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup bok choy

Directions

1. Plate cabbage and radishes.

 

2. Steam broccoli, cauliflower and bok choy and place on top of cabbage.

 

Top with Oil-Free Radiance Dressing
