Ingredients

  • 5 cups spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp agave
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

1. Place spinach and ½ cup sliced strawberries in large bowl.

 

2. In small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette dressing ingredients.

 

3. Pour over salad and toss to coat evenly.

 

4. Top with remaining seeds and sliced strawberries.
