Ingredients

  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 3 diced beets
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Directions

1. Throw ingredients into a large pot and let simmer for 20 minutes. 

 

2. Portion out into bowls, garnish with cilantro, and enjoy!
