- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- pinch of coarse salt
1. Whisk ingredients together and transfer into a container to keep chilled.
Note: One serving equals two tablespoons.
