- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 piece of celery
- mint leaves, for garnish
1. Put all ingredients, except mint and water, into a freezer safe bag.
2. When you want a snack, pull out the ready-made pack and blend with water until smooth. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
Note: Make a lot of these freezer bags and store so you can have a quick grab-and-go snack ready whenever you need one.
