Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups water
  • 1 1/3 cups quinoa

Directions

1. Combine water with quinoa in a pot, and bring to a boil. Cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender, 15 minutes.

 

2. Remove from heat, and let cool. Serve, or transfer quinoa to a container and keep chilled until ready to eat. Freeze leftovers for a future week. Enjoy!
