Almond Raspberry Smoothie

This recipe is more than just a pretty drink. Almond butter is a good source of protein, and raspberries add dietary fiber and vitamin C to this smoothie. Kefir adds a tangy flavor, similar to that of yogurt, and is a good source of protein and dietary fiber. This smoothie will keep you full and refreshed for many hours.  

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat plain kefir
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups.
