Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 drops MCT oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

1. Add ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice if desired and enjoy!
