- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 drops MCT oil
- 1/2 cup water
1. Add ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice if desired and enjoy!
