- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp acacia fiber
- 1 cup chopped pineapple or papaya or a mix of the two
- A handful of spinach
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
Blend ingredients together and serve cold.
