Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tbsp acacia fiber
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple or papaya or a mix of the two
  • A handful of spinach
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

Directions

Blend ingredients together and serve cold.
