Avocados aren’t just for guacamole — they can also be used to give desserts a creamy texture loaded with nutrients and good fats. By blending and freezing just four simple ingredients, you can indulge in this rich, sweet treat. 

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Puree the ingredients together in a mixer until smooth.

 

2. Pour into a freezer-safe container.

 

3. Freeze until solid.
