This parfait is full of vitamin B12-rich ingredients and will be sure to get you going in the morning.


  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup B12-fortified breakfast cereal
  • 1/2 cup sliced berries


Layer half the yogurt, honey, cereal and berries in a bowl or glass, then repeat.
