Dr. Steven Shoshany and Sue Hitzmann, the back pain power duo, love the ingredients in their elixir recipe. The ginger, lemon, cayenne, and cranberry are extremely anti-inflammatory. If you have back pain, chances are something is inflamed and this drink can bring it down. Drink it all day long and your back pain will be alleviated in no time!

 

Tip: Make a pitcher at the beginning of the week — use all of the ingredients, mix with water, and pour into an ice cube tray. Put the ice cubes in any drink: iced tea, water, club soda etc. It will melt slowly, give you the same benefits, and let you adjust the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 squeeze of lemon
  • 1/4 eye dropper cayenne extract
  • 1/4 dropper cranberry extract
  • ice
  • water

Directions

1. Mix together all of the ingreidents. Fill up the rest of the glass with ice and water.
