Ingredients

  • 1 tsp blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 large apple

Directions

1. Cut off the top of the apple and core it. 

 

2. Mix blue cheese with the chopped nuts and fill the date with the mixture.

 

3. Insert the stuffed date into the cored apple. Place on a microwave-safe dish and cook for four to five minutes until apple is soft.
