Baked Cinnamon Apple

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size apple
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Core an apple and make a shallow incision near the center of the apple.

Place cinnamon stick into the apple’s cavity, sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top and finish off with the lemon juice.

Place the apple in a glass bowl and microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes until the apple is soft.

If you are making more than one apple, just increase the microwave time accordingly.
