Dr. James Rosser developed this recipe to help his patients combat acid heartburn. Set your antacids aside and begin your day with an alkaline-foods-based meal like this one to ease your heartburn symptoms homeopathically.
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 cups milk
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional)
1. In a blender, add the ice, milk, bananas, yogurt and ginger.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add sugar as needed.
