One of Camila Alves' favorite treats for herself and her family is Monkey Cream, otherwise known as banana ice cream. This one-ingredient ice cream is super easy to make and can be customized with different toppings. Eat your way to healthy with this frozen indulgent treat.


  • 1 large ripe banana


1. Peel the banana and cut into small coins. Freeze for two hours or overnight. 


2. Put the pieces in a blender and blend until the bananas look creamy, like soft-serve ice cream.


3. Top with whatever you choose: cinnamon, honey, ginger, cocoa powder, mint, nuts, etc.
