- 1 cup garbanzo beans
- 3 diced beets
- 1/2 diced white onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup water
- fresh cilantro (garnish)
1. Throw ingredients into a large pot and let simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
