The Beekman Boys’ Supermilk Smoothie

Accidental farmers Dr. Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell share this recipe featuring one of their favorite natural treasures – goat’s milk. This versatile milk has less fat than cow’s milk, and is full of complete proteins and essential amino acids.

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup fruit
  • 8 oz goat milk yogurt
  • 2 squirts of honey
  • Goat's milk

Directions

Combine banana, fruit and honey. Then, pour in goat’s milk until you’ve achieved your desired taste and consistency. Enjoy!
