- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- Pinch fresh grated nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/2 pint fresh blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
- 4 tsp dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add the oats, stir, cover, and turn off the heat.
Once the oats are plump, about 4 minutes, stir in the yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gently fold in the berries. Sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and finish with almonds (if desired).
