Studies have shown that black cumin seed oil may be helpful when it comes to reducing inflammation in the body and improving blood sugar. Both inflammation and low blood sugar are two big reasons your energy levels could be low, so blend up this smoothie as a natural remedy. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black cumin seed oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of dried ginger
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
