You can make this smoothie with regular milk or kefir; both are delicious. If you don't mind the tart taste of kefir, use it instead of milk to get more probiotics and protein in each serving.
- 1 1/2 cups kefir (or regular milk)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy with a friend!
