Ingredients

  • 2 cups unflavored kefir
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tsp almond butter

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth. 

Yields 2 servings.
